IAM Locals 2010 (DCA Hub) and 2011 (Fort Worth Hub) through Leidos Future Flight Service Program furnish several services to private pilots and commuters before and during flights.

During preflight planning we provide individual briefings of current and forecasted weather conditions and aeronautical hazards tailored to each route of flight. We file VFR flight plans for search and rescue protection, border crossing requirements, and IFR flight plans for air traffic control (ATC) clearances, routing and separation.

At inflight we relay ATC IFR clearances, assist pilots with identifying and diverting from weather and aeronautical hazards and assist with inflight emergencies.

Our flight data position processes Notices to Airmen* (NOTAMS) for the National Air Space (NAS) safety. We direct communication searches for overdue and missing aircraft.
